T 25 Full Body Workout

I wanted them to be as fast, simple and effective as possible.

Having gone through most of the major intensive workout programs out there, including Tony Hortons P90x, 10 Minute Trainer, P90x2, as well as Shaun-Ts Insanity Program, lets just say I have some experience with how effective these types of programs are by beachbody.
